APH - Tegaki dump

Anyway... I've been practising a new way of colouring on Tegaki E. I feel I'm getting better at it. I'd rather explain myself about the four pics :

The first one represents chbi!Turkey, with long hair. The lack of headcanons nomadic!Turkey make me sad, therefore I've decided to give a try. I got the inspirations from the Göktürks' outfits. The Göktürks were a Turkic empire set in Central Asia at the end of Antiquity/beginning of Middle Ages. I forgot to mention on Tegaki that Turkey wasn't alone in this vast empire. He had siblings, who were Turko-Altaic. This is the main reason why some fanarts depict Turkey and Mongolia together. This artist on Pixiv ([link]) does it with her comic IRIS. I totally recommend it, by the way.
Also, why does Turkey have long hair ? Because I wanted to play on his fashion style. I believe he wanted to be as cool as horsemen. But then he migrated into south, long hair were out of fashion and then... yeah.

The second chibi is my OC Iran. I wanted to draw chibi!China, but his outfit was complicated to draw (that's too bad, because young!China is interesting). You can get that chibIran's outfit was easier because it's a nomadic outfit. At the beginning, before Persian Empire was founded by Cyrus the Great, Persian nomadic tribes wandered around before setting up in Pars region ([link]). The tribes then grew up and expand their territory. Let's not forgot they were a tribute State for the Medes, also an Iranian tribe (But not Persian ! There's a huge difference !). I bet it sums up Iran's childhood.
Also, pease... No "He looks like Konata !" comments...

The third one is more a practise than anything. I wanted to try full colour style with ChibiRomano and it worked well for a first shot... Althrough it took me five goddamn hours (raw included) to finish it... I won't describe the pain who came from my hands...

And the last one is probably my best of all those four entries. Achaemenid Persia and it's flag. Compared to my very first entry with him included, he looks very young. Iran in his teens, yeah. The Achaemenid Empire was the biggest Empire of the Antiquity and the first one ever created. That's Iran's dearest pride. He tends to get cocky when he brags about it. Due to his vigorousness, he collected territories... Until Hellenistic tribes took him down (I was expecting him to hold a light ressemblance with Greece, but not that important XD). I should really make his profile up...

I'm not really in the mood of filling my to-do list...
